Be careul...do not buy gift cards from this store. I got a Vanilla Visa gift card for my niece in Oct. She recently opened it to find the last 4 numbers of the card and the numbers on the back had been scraped off so it's worthless. It looked in tact so whoever did this had time and was careful to reseal it like new. As soon as I bought it, it was activated. Great scam....now I have to try and dispute the charge with my cc company. Yay me. Happy Holidays.

The 2 pharmacists I've dealt with are both rude and condescending. They act like they are being inconvenienced when you need a prescription filled. I had 2 prescriptions for the same medication but in different dosages (10mg and 5mg) so the 5 can be split to meet my requirements that vary between 15mg and 12.5mg/day for a blood thiner (warfarin) I get a text indicating it is ready for pick-up. I get there and only 1 is filled. I asked - where's the other? The assistant (not the pharmacist) said she would check. She told the pharmacist on duty, that I was owed the other prescription. The pharmacist then looks at me and rudely states "you'll just have to wait, I have 40 other prescriptions to fill. I'm the only one on site actually picking up a prescription. I told her I'm not the reason you don't have it ready so why should I wait over others that just submitted their prescriptions - and you haven't even notified them it is ready yet? She then makes a couple of smart-a$$ remarks and tells me "it will be ready as soon as possible". I said "that's not good enough, I need to know how long - ASAP could be 5 minutes or 8 hours based on what you just said. I shouldn't have to wait because you failed to fill the prescription completely. So again, condescending remarks and then says "5 minutes". And its then ready in about 4 minutes. Then I get a lecture that the dosage prescribed by my doctor could be fatal. I said, I've been using the two different dosages for 10 years. I test every month. While I appreciate your concern, my doctor and I know what we're doing. Unbelievable. Only staying there because my medicare insurance requires it for best prices.

For God's sake, update your pharmacy business hours. I'm standing there thinking they will open up any minute at 9am. A worker saw me. Why didn't they say anything ? I would still be standing there waiting. I later saw a sign that they open at 10. Cool. Beware moving your work schedule around to get your medicine. Always inconsistent here and a hassle. Xfer to 3010 walton blvd if you can. Or another store altogether.

I really dis like this pharmacy but am forced to use it cause rite aid closed I was here 2-3 days ago and they took my insurance info but when I come in today they need my insurance info again this is a joke right wheres the manager when you need them???? Theres always a line of people 😡😡😡 Never fails or they try to charge you full price if your dumb enough to need it right away im literally one insurance check of a question to switch pharmacies again wouldn't be hard to do!!!!!

This CVS should get closed down eventually for sure, terrible customer service , employees are terrible… I tried to get a passport photo printed there , after paying 30 dollars for 10 photos they said they won’t cut photos and i should cut it myself , seriously? Walgreens does it and every business that offer passport size photo offer service to cut photo after printing. Dear owner learn to employ good employees who treats everyone well…zero starts
