The Pharmacy technician was very rude and nasty. She also rushed me off the phone like I wasting her time with the questions I had regarding a prescription that I needed. Don’t go here, for your prescriptions they are not family and lack customer service.

The WOMEN who make this pharmacy in Target 5-star-worthy give CVS a much needed good name. Pleasant, efficient, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly - and probably underpaid so I vote for appropriate recognition and a raise!

I did not get my prescriptions of Januvia & Acarbose (both are for treating my Diabetes) in a timely manner as there was delay in getting them. First, the the Acarobose was not ready when promised. Then the Januvia delay in getting the insurance in reducing the dosage of 90 days to 30 days. I worked with Tien, the Pharmist, whom I requested the change but she said she could not do it the same day. Her reason was vague but she promised it would be ready the next day. Then when I picked the Acarbose, the next day, was told that there was insurance issue for picking the Januvia, but would be reay on 4/1/2023. So, I told the Technician I would call my insurance company. Then the next day, I called the Pharmacy and asked fro Tien but the lady who asnwered the phone was very rude and said Tien would be in at 2 PM so I wanted to leave a message for her, but she hanged the phone on me. So, I called back at about 2 pm and was able to speak to Tienm who said she would contact the insurance company. That was on March 31, 2023. She got the insurance's approval to switch. But the whole pick-up process took longer than expected becasue no other Pharmacist & technician were willing to help. They all pushed the task to Tien. This is very unprofessional & inefficient, so I am not happy with their service attitude and performance.

Shockingly rude service. An older woman that works there isn't shy about letting you know that you are an inconvenience. I had a question about a product. I patiently stood in line, once called, her reply was "I have a lot to do, but fine, I will help you." Uh, wow, gee thanks.

My kids were diagnosed with Pertussis this week. My son on Wednesday and my daughter on Friday On Wednesday i went to get my sons antibiotics and was charged $19.94 and given a bottle with powder in it with instructions to add 9ml of water. I went home & added the water. Didnt think anything of it. On Friday I went in to pick up my daughters antibiotics (similar dosage & same medicine) was charged $4.94 and given the bottle with it already mixed but i noticed significantly less liquid than my sons bottle. The first problem in this scenario is that my sons meds were charged without insurance. When I mentioned this to my pharmacist on Friday she made it right and was able to refund me the $ in Target store credit. The second problem was that they gave me his meds without premixing it themselves. I learned later on this is a big no-no. They should always premix the meds for you. The third problem is my daughters meds were improperly mixed. The pharmacist should know how to properly mix meds no matter how busy they are. The $ issue doesnt bother me so much as the problems with the medicine. The pharmacist should be able to hand out meds properly.
