Going downhill. Used to be the kind of place everyone knew your name and what you liked. All fresh faces now and they completely changed their rewards points. Got told I couldn’t use my points on something I’ve always used them for. No point in building points if they won’t let you use them. They also made a big change to their daily deals and no longer do discounted prerolls on Sundays even though the sign still clearly says they do. It’s just to much to keep up with to try and save a buck for me. I’ll be looking for a new spot. Been going here since literally the first day they opened the doors. Sucks to see them struggle like this. Bad management is typically to blame but I don’t know for sure.

I've never had an issue here, I've seen in the last 3/4 months they changed management or something but they've got it figured out pretty good now! I like who I see, how they treat me, and the products are always great!

Very welcoming and informative staff! Helped me quickly and I found these cool stickers. I got a first time discount plus a free preroll, very happy and will be coming back!

What a great place to shop ... Everyone is so friendly and helpful.. Deals every day of the week. Also they have the biggest best flower wall , I have ever seen in a dispensary yet .
