Came here today to get a distillate cartridge I’ve been getting them here for awhile. I did an online pick up so I wasn’t able to check the cart before purchasing. Just last Sunday I got a live resin cart and it had no where near this big of an air bubble. I get that air bubble I know why they have it there. This is just unacceptable. I already know carts are a rip off but don’t do it a second time straight to my face. They also switched everything around and kept the same soulless bouncers.. I will not recommend anyone here anymore. In the pictures I had barely taken it out of the package. The cartridge is really clogged barely making a connection with my battery… I feel like I got scammed on the street rn. I shoulda went to D2 and got a stizzy or something. Would have been a 5 dollar difference but at least I would have a nice working cart… I’ll be making a report to the weight and measures department of agriculture..

Only dispensary in town that makes you feel like you’re breaking the law before you even enter the door. After you enter there’s only Tinted windows, so you can’t see who you’re talking to. I used to shop here all the time, but stopped because of the atmosphere. Thought I’d try it out again, What a waste of time. The store definitely has some sort of obsession with control of the public. Not friendly, not welcoming. Hopefully someone reads this and changes the attitude/atmosphere of the store, and get rid of the rude security guards. The only thing that guy should be doing in the front is opening the door and saying good morning.

This is my go-to dispensary in Tucson. The folks are nice, the menu is straightforward and uncomplicated, and the staff are all very helpful and nice. I've even been a buck short on some flowers, and one of the employees covered the buck and just asked that I "pay it forward." They're personalble and you can smell and inspect the grass before you buy it. I felt like purchasing cannabis from the larger, more popular at the moment D2, with its drive-thru and what nor, to be more reminiscent of going to a bank or a depository; whilst Desert Bloom is more like going to a friend's house to peruse the goods and make your choice. Way less formal and clinical. I, for one, appreciate the informality and casual environment of Desert Bloom.

Best dispensary in Tucson. Go there once, and you’ll never want/need to go elsewhere. Huge selection of fresh flower and every packaged product imaginable, at competitive prices, with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff and chill atmosphere. The managers Tray and Del, who I’ve gotten to know over a couple years, are very helpful with any questions/concerns, as are Glenn, Larry, DJ and literally all the staff. Door guys Troy, Mike and Budd always good to see and remember me. Hours are great, hardly ever a line, good product, awesome staff. Stop reading reviews and just go to Desert Bloom.

I always feel like part of the family when I go here. I love how quick and easy it is to place my order online. I never have to wait when I go to pick it up! I think this place might just be a diamond in the rough. Just don't buy their house made edibles...they're DISGUSTING.
