Called into verify they had a product, they said no & IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone, extremely RUDE. Came back the next day different employee tells me they always carry that product & haven’t run out, I asked for a a small discount for both rudeness and inconvenience to myself, the guy refused. I will never spend another cent here. Avoid this place at all costs.dates were 9/25 and 9/26 both employees were awful, and as someone who works in customer service, neither of them should be.

This smoke shop is amazing! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of products. I also love that they are committed to supporting the local reggae & Hip-Hop community. Highly recommend! Much love from the LV ROOTS team
