Tired of this place. Everyone inside is amazing but their time leaves much to be desired. As an example, showed up tonight at 7:35 pm, 25 minutes before they close and the lights were off and the door locked. This isn't the first time I've encountered this here. Either stay open or change your hours. After this I don't know if I'll come back, and I've been hitting up dotcom Exclusively for the last eight years. Gonna drive further now likely.

I went to this store today and there were 5 people in the small store, not one of them was wearing a mask. I asked why they were not wearing masks and they shrugged their shoulders and did not answer. I asked the two clerks what about the customers who have disabilities and people of color who are customers. Neither clerk responded to my questions, and I do not feel that they care about the safety of those clients. I will not return to this store because they have chosen to care about people who are already safe being comfortable instead of keeping vulnerable people in our community safe.

Purchased a disposable that ended up giving me issues once I had left the store, thankfully I called and asked the policy on that and Harry an employee, went out of his way and asked with his boss if I was able to come get a replacement. Very grateful to have a pleasing experience as a customer. Shout out Harry I appreciate your kindness!

This place is killer. Perfect balance of helpfulness without badgering. I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go here because they’re so much better than the others. Travis usually helps me and he’s great, really knows his stuff as well.
