Amazingly friendly customer service. Ladies behind the counter were all smiles and very informative. It was my first time there and they were great at making me feel welcome. One girl even recommended a movie to go with my edibles. They definitely won me over as a repeat customer.

Used to have a great experience here. Was told the security company had switched and even though my phone number was good enough since they opened, now ID you have to have. Was told by an employee with glasses that I didn't have to worry about being let in for the event tonight because I told him I had lost mine and still needed to get a new one. I always spend about a grand during these events. I get told when I get there that I will not be allowed in, despite what I was told. I'm sure my business won't be missed because they didn't seem to care about honoring what one of their employees told me so customer service isnt that important to them. I hope they know that every event going forward will have $1000 less in sales. I will find a new spot to take my money.

THE WEED SUCKS!!! Great service, they’re always a nice crew I come, they also have some cool pre-rolls and edibles. But the flower it self is mids. Crazy…. That they have 9 plus shelf’s for “products” but only 2 shelf for actual flower.
