I’ve been in twice, both times purchasing great bud. Prompt, friendly service from knowledgeable staff both times. My friend Wayne, who is a pot smoker with over 50 years of experience, turned me onto this store, which is noteworthy because since 2007, back in the medical only days, he’s been consistently unimpressed with one aspect of the legal market or another, including every single location he’s bought from, except this one here. In my circle of friends that’s the highest level endorsement a pot shop can receive.

My first time here was amazing. They helped me find the perfect strain with a good price too. My second time coming in, they proceeded to check my ID and tell me "One moment after I help this customer." Then he takes 3 people that came in after me. What a great service for someone with a disability. I am disappointed. Edit: My third time here was a better experience. Thank you so much.

One star is too good. For the second time, I've experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced at this establishment. Previously I was told that I would not be able to get a refund on a vape pen even though it was within the time frame and then was told don't come back when I protested. Today, I was overcharged on an 8th and I got home, called, and was told to come back to receive my additional discount. When I got to the store the young man who was obviously quite confused about the money tried to m ake it right. He re-rang the transaction and tried to give me back way more money than I had in coming to me. I work in payroll and have for 25 years. I was trying to explain to him that he was giving me back too much money but he literally got mad at me for explaining it. Finally, I just asked him if all the money on the counter was mine and he said yes. I counted it up and for the $60 that I gave him initially he gave me back $59. I counted it in front of him and everyone else in the store and said I'll be back. As I walked towards the door he said "Please don't". I confirmed that he didn't want me to come back and I told him I would make sure that all of my friends, including you guys, would know not to shop at the Euphorium in Lynnwood... Unbelievable.

Cool spot. Super nice employees. Maybe don't hide pricing. You can get better quality oil elsewhere for better pricing.

This is definitely my number one shop in Lynnwood because their prices are good. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I don't like is there Rewards program is terrible. So for that I took away a star. They really should get up to par with other recreational stores and their rewards programs.
