Should have more then one person in the shop to handle other customers. I had to leave empty handed thrice from the los lunas location due to not even being acknowledged or checked in

I came in with an issue I had with a product had bought that morning, Nathan didn’t hesitate to make it right- even without my receipt. He made my experience an easy 5 stars. I recommend this place to anyone in the Los Lunas area

I went to Everest last weekend and met Nathan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the daily sales to me and respected my time. I will definitely come back to Everest.

Garbage!!!! The carts are trash!!!! I purchased 3 carts one ended up completely frying my 40$ battery. So I tried to call and see if they would make it right with a new cart that worked. Negative! I was told all I would get is 10% off a new cart! Unprofessional crooks! I can't believe a buisness wouldn't stand behind the product they sell and at least try and make it right with the customer. 25$ cart that they advertise as .5 grams is only .3 grams and still have the disrespect to tell me oh well they can't do anything about it? What a joke! It's not my fault the carts they get are garbage!! That's the dispensarys problem I'm a medical patent and a customer! I'm not giving my hard earned money to a company that can't replace garbage product that they sold!!! Worthless excuse of a buisness!!!
