I swung in on my lunch break to get a new disposable vape. Employee showed me the deal they were doing on Geek Bars. What I THOUGHT was the 2.0 model. I paid the employee then he grabs the vapes which turn out to be the wrong model. He opened one of them before I could even look at it and I explained to him that it is the wrong vape and that I wanted the 2.0 model. I had not even TOUCHED the vape. I explained since they don’t have the flavor I prefer in that vape, I’d like my $50 back, to which he responded that all sales are final. After some brief arguing, he decided to refund me partially and charge me a higher price for the single vape that HE opened. Take your business elsewhere. Very disappointed as I WAS a regular customer here.

My favorite shop, the guys are very knowledgeable about the product and actually take the time to learn what they're selling. I mostly deal with Sam but the other guy in there pretty cool too! I definitely recommend Excite👍🏽, specially if you're new to vaping or this sort of thing.
