Be careful when you come here cause they’re not always open during the posted times, I’ve wasted a couple trips cause they closed early or were closed in the middle of the day.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ FAULTY PRODUCTS! I made a purchase (that the worker recommended) and within thirty minutes I noticed it didn’t work. I took it back to swap it out was was told “no exchanges or refunds” even though I was just there. The worker acknowledged that I was correct but the “policy is pretty strict” and there was nothing he could do. Now I am out of money AND the product. Won’t ever be returning. Never heard of anything like it. P.s. The owner was contacted and never reached out.

I got two vapes one fume and geek bar pulse! One didn’t work (the fume and the guy change it right away and the geek bar got battery problems, it keep on a few seconds after the hit and run the battery down in less than one hour. The front desk guy told me he didn’t was able to replace) be careful buying in this store. Im not from that area it was a quick stop before heading home!!! And never again will stop by there. Take your money to another place!!!

I’ve been coming here for a while , I’ve purchased plenty of products over the years and recently purchased a dab rig as well so I’d like to say I’ve spent a good amount of money here. I bought a vape and left the store, got home and the vape was already burnt. Tried to return but was told there are 0 refunds on vapes. This is pointed to the owner not the employee, the price you bulk buy these for these are so cheap. All I wanted was an exchange for a working vape not even a refund. Is it really not worth having good customer service so you can save a few bucks?
Please issue me an exchange, I don’t want to chargeback a local small business.

Best Vape and Smoke shop I have found in the Mandarin area. Great selection of glass, vapes, CBD and Delta-8 products. Best prices on the Fume brand vapes. Manager Moni is always very helpful and kind. Great customer service and unbeatable prices!
