Picked up my online order the other day in the drive thru with Haley and she was so nice and helpful! I love NPR Fluent and all it's staff! Keep up the good work guys 💪😁 and omg they have the BEST chocolate bars in the industry so yummy! The Mini moods line vapes are so yummy too, the everglade Haze is my favorite next to the fall flavor whipped cream wishes 😋

I tried to view the website and I could not get past the age verification page. Knowing this was an error costing them orders, I tried giving fluent a courtesy call. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES. So I shopped elsewhere. And I didn’t have to play games to get good prices.

Let me say first that this review is more about no one answering my email then it is about the product, but is the product that started this communication. There was a sale on gummies for $5 each. I bought several different flavors. Got home to open one called Jamberry and found out that it isn't full. Rather than 10 gummies there were only nine. I opened all the others and they were fine. I was on hold trying to speak to somebody rather than send email, but after close to 10 minutes I hung up. That's when I sent the email to the email address provided in their website. Truthfully I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday but now it's Tuesday, 11:30 and I still haven't heard from anybody. But the part that really gets me angry is that I didn't want anything even though the package was short I spent $5 on the whole package so it's not that big a deal however, they need to know. How do I spent full price on those gummies and found that they were short I would have been very upset I would have asked if I could bring the package back and get a different package with full count, but that's about it. So what I'm going to say here is you guys be careful because these things are not full necessarily all the time. Mistakes happen with machinery because I'm sure these are not hand packed and anything could happen all the way from machinery problems to problems with employee dipping in for a gummy that nobody expects to be missing, and lots of possibilities in between the two extremes. So I recommend that you beware and that you weigh count and do whatever else you need to assure that you got what you paid for. I was going to let it go, but you need to be held accountable fluent. I would not have made a review at all because I know things happen, and like I said I was grateful to get these at $5 a package. It's the lack of communication that made me write this review. Do better fluent. Do better

I came in on a Sunday and Tim was understaffed but over-prepared! He had a great attitude and got me out of there in a heartbeat! I appreciate him and his professionalism. I'll definitely be back

Really nice little dispensary! This was my first visit to Fluent. Veronica was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I only picked up a couple things but I will definitely be back to try some of the different strains. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I found this place!

1st time and I have to say it was a very pleasant visit. The product is extremely good and seems like there is more than any other dispensary I've been to. George did an amazing job showing me the products and the breakdowns with no feeling of urgency as well as his compassion and professionalism. I will definitely be back and I will be referring my family and friends to this store.

This was my first time visiting the store, and the aroma was delightful! They offer great discounts, especially for first-time customers. They called to let me know, for the whole month of my birthday I can receive 50% off all products. NOT TRUE. they will do 5% on stacked products. Haven't been here in weeks and I feel that was their lure to get me back but that awesome deal was false advertising. Giving 3 stars for decent product/customer service.
