Looked at the hours online said they where open when I got there doors where locked and nobody was there

Placed a pick-up order, went to pick it up and the store was closed. According to the hours posted on the door, it was supposed to be open. It was 4:30 pm on a Saturday. Upon waiting at the locked door, a couple employees of a nearby business informed me that people come and can't get in all day every day -- that the store opens and closes at completely random hours each day. I tried again an hour and a half later. No luck. Multiple other customers trying to get in. Heard from one of them that only one guy works there. If they can't keep the store open, it needs to close! Will be notifying corporate of this issue, but I wanted to post here too in hopes to help others avoid the same hassle. Completely unacceptable!

Nobody yelled at me. Staff was upbeat, though this whole chain is incredibly pushy about their stupid members card which doesn't really do a whole lot. Prices are not competitive at all.

I love the store go there all the time. however the kid working wasn't really wanting to help me at all. frustrating as it already was he made it worse and uncomfortable.
