Friendly and always helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices are quite higher than competitors, but the recommendations the guys offer are really great! They’ve got so many goodies! I wish they’d offer samples though. That’d really draw me in more often. There’s nothing worse than trying a new product that you don’t end up liking, especially when you’re working with so many options.

The customer service was nice but what they sold me is trash. This GNC wheybolic is terrible. I literally feel awful after consuming it. Like nausea and fatigue and headaches. 65 dollars thrown in the trash.

This place really sucks the costumer service is really poor they barely ask questions or guide you with attitude, like they don’t wanna work. I never complain I’m not a Kevin or anything like that but honestly this please need better staff

If I could give no stars I would. To say complete incompetence would be an upgrade. I tried to return a product, they screwed that up, 2 times, I tried to purchase an item that was on their shelf twice, they couldn't even do that even though they called me and said everything was "good to go". Tried to contact the District Manager he's not answering his phone or returning my messages. Even my patience has worn out. Vitamin World is looking really good for my supplement needs.
