So I had given this plates a good review when they first opened, but I just deleted that review with without hesitation because even though they were super nice at first, that means nothing when you cannot have good customer service first of all I came in there about six months ago, and the guy that worked there didn’t know anything about vape mods apparently because I bought two vape mods there at the same time and he gave me way incorrect information on both of them and instead of owning their mistake even though I hadn’t used either one the guy I talked to at that store basically told me to go kick rocks when I asked to talk to the manager, they said our manager is not available for the public to speak to, and I said I’m not the public. I’m a customer . Then he gives me some email address that never gets answered because I’ve emailed it about five times now so I was out like over $100 just on that alone. I came back the next day probably three different people on separate occasions after that and they all tell me the same thing . I decided to give them another shot God knows why today and I bought some juice from there and the guy tells me as long as it’s not opened, You can come back and switch it out for something else because it was a new flavor I had not tried before I should’ve known better than to believe their lies I brought it back unopened the same day. The guy just looked at me in the eyes and said there’s nothing I can do once you leave the store is final. I was like wow buddy like the previous guy told me I could bring it back in as long as it wasn’t opened every other vape shop on the planet lets you bring juice back as long as it’s not opened yet and I asked him can I please speak to the manager and he said nope I’m sorry what kind of business has manager hiding away from customers like that a business that is out to freaking screw everyone over that too I’m telling everyone I know not to go to this place it’s a shame. I had high hopes for this place and really liked their business at first, but they quickly ran their own name into the ground. I’m disgusted and let me tell you I don’t even normally leave reviews for any business at all. This is the worst treatment I’ve ever had from any business my entire life. !!!!!

This place is my go to smoke shop. Ramon is the homie and is always extremely helpful and kind. Hannah is also helpful and extremely kind as well. Tyler or Taylor I always mix his name up he is also another one of those employees when u walk in your happy to see working. Haven't seen him in as much. But there is a new girl coco who I hope to god they get rid of or something. Every time I go in there she rude and short with me and not very helpful. Like this last time I went in and she was helping a couple people and they told her hey there's a couple people up front go help them and she turned looked and me and the other dude and turned back to who I'm guessing are her friends. They tell her again to go help us and she does the same thing again and basically refuses to help us. I walked out and will refuse to go to my favorite shop with her working. Everyone else I'm walking in with a smile and I know I'm going to have great customer service. 5 stars with the trio 0 with Coco.

Love this place. Fantastic juice selection, open late, and really great employees who like their jobs and can help you out, even late at night! Taylor did me a solid with a great juice recommendation. Highly recommended. Support your local businesses! UPDATE 2024 -- Just ran into Hanna, she's awesome, helped me find exactly what I needed. Made sure the vaporizers worked perfectly before I left. Super kind and great customer service. I'd be remiss if I failed to mention Ramon who has helped me out a bunch of times. Excellent recommendations and always looking out for the customer.

Came in here once before. Had to come again. Jesus really helped me out. Trying to find the right flavor. He nailed it. I’ll be back again for sure. Thank you Jesus

Ayye! For real, my new go-to favorite spot for all the needs! Hannah is a boss and knows her stuff. She is spot on with customer service and extremely knowledgeable of her products. Prices are low and quality is high! 10/10
