Don’t buy carts here. I bought a house rosin cart and it was faulty. Couldn’t get one drag from it. Went to exchange for a new one and they said they couldn’t exchange. Only offer a 30% discount on new one. So for the inconvenience of purchasing an unusable product I’m rewarded with the privilege of having to spend an additional $25 plus atm fee. When I asked what would happen if the new cart Im bought messed up, the budtender replied “then I’m sure we can make something happen.” Ok. This is a horrible policy. Carts mess up all the time. Why would you buy from a store that won’t protect your purchase. Look elsewhere for vape needs. Budtender. was nice though. Update: 02/23 As you can see below Grass Roots reached out. It was a misunderstanding. I’m glad too. Because the rosin carts taste great and are a great price.

I went into the location in south Portland on Maine mall rd tonight to grab some flower. When I entered I asked if they take card's. The lady behind the counter said no but they have an atm. I started to walk over to the atm and the lady instructed me to come pick out what I want first so I know how much to take out. So I walked up to the counter and asked what the cheapest 8th are and she said 25 was the cheapest. I than asked if she had any dime bags and she said yes. I than asked if I could get 2 for 20 because that's all I was going to be able to take out of the atm and she said yes it should come out to just under 20 so I said cool and went and got the money. I walk back up to the counter and she ask which dime bag's did I want I picked out 2 and she brought them to the counter and rang them up. This is where it gets horrible. She says it's going to be 23 something and I said I only took out 20 because you said it would be less than 20. She said well it's not and said I can't take out more money it just cost me 3.95 to take out the 20 I just got and that I wasn't able to take out more because I didn't have the 3.95 to cover another 20. She got extremely rude with me for some reason I believe because she realized she messed up telling me what the price was before I took out the money. I than asked her if she could spot me 3 dollars from her tip jar which was full and I would bring it back. She said I'm not helping you buy your weed with my tip money I worked hard for. I highly doubt selling weed is a hard job but anyways . She than perceed to charge me over 13 for what ended on my scale to be a .8 bud. Her customer service was horrible and for a weed dispensary one would think that it would be more pleasant and helpful to there customers. I wasn't looking for a hand out but I only had 20 to spend and I explained that to her and she said she was only referring to one bag but we had picked out the 2 bag's which she said would come out to under 20 before I went to the atm. That's why I took only 20 out. There really wasn't any reason for her to get rude with me being I'm the customer and I was following what she had said. I really feel like I was miss led and ended up being extremely unsatisfied with the whole transaction therefore I doubt I will revisit that location again.

I love this place! The service is out of this world and their cannabis is top notch! I would highly recommend them!
