I had been a customer for YEARS until I purchased a torch lighter that stopped working 2 days later. I didn't want a refund, just to pay the difference for something better and the owner threw a fit, absolutely refused to take the torch back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!
