Was cool i'd say about 4 stars. Now you need to download the app for any deals. I guess that's cool for some but I'm not trying to give more information than I need to. I'm finding somewhere else now, I'll change my review when the policy changes. Coo off all dat shit 📉

Went to the shop for the first time and was a little overwhelmed with what I wanted or looking for. Shout out to Julian for the great advice, for having patience, a great attitude, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and helping me with what I was looking for. Great experience and great customer service.

Haven has been my safe haven since being on the road in Cali. Every other dispensary tends to disappoint. Stopped at a haven closer to Sequoia National park for the first time. Great visit. Great prices. Stopped in Fresno last night and unfortunately did not see the Haven dispensary on the map and went to a different dispensary. Bad service, and prices anywhere else. Left empty handed. This morning I went to haven and happy I did. When I was leaving the Fresno location today even got a warm thank you for shopping from who I could tell to be the owner / one of the managers.

Very simple process. I greatly appreciated the organization of having us sign in, and then they call walk ins by name and in order, and they had a separate employee working online orders. They also had a deal for first timers 'buy one get one' 😁
Staff were chill and friendly. Overall a great experience!

The front desk experience was the only bright spot. The employee who checked my ID was professional, welcoming, and explained that as a first-time customer I would receive a free pre-roll. The dispensary itself is clean, modern, and well organized. Unfortunately, the budtender completely tanked the experience. From the moment I stepped up, he was more interested in talking to other employees than helping me. I repeatedly asked for THC percentages on specific pre-rolls—clearly pointing them out and providing the supplier name and whether they were sativa or hybrid. Despite this, he kept asking me which one I meant because he was too distracted to pay attention. When I asked a simple question—whether the listed prices included tax—he ignored it entirely and continued a conversation about the battery life on his vape pen. At that point, I should’ve walked away. I selected pre-rolls, reminded him again that I was a first-time customer, and was told my total was $23. I only had $21, so I asked him to remove one. I believed one of the remaining pre-rolls was the free first-timer promo. I was charged $16. Sensing something was off, I went back to the front desk with my receipt. The front desk employee confirmed I had been charged for both pre-rolls and advised me to return to the budtender. When I did, the budtender rolled his eyes, had a visibly annoyed attitude, and insisted he explained which pre-rolls were free—he did not. Instead of owning the mistake, he argued with me. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer spending money. As a paid Yelp reviewer, I pay close attention to service, accuracy, and professionalism—and this interaction missed the mark badly. If customer service mattered as much as the aesthetics, this place could be great. Until then, 3 stars is generous. The dispensary itself is nice; the customer service is not. I will not return to this establishment again.
