Their website deals are NEVER correct. You show up expecting one price and then they say the item wasn’t meant to be on sale. That is your fault not mine. Red flag alert: due to recreation they are no longer doing curbside pick up for med patients anymore. Not cool for people who use their medicine to treat anxiety, fear of crowds or any other condition that makes it so you can’t come inside.

I will NEVER go back! I was a medical patient that came consistently when the name was Strawberry Fields and I NEVER had a problem. The name changed, I purchased two vapen pens they both didn’t work. On my box, it had the company name the date the amount everything and they still wouldn’t give me my money back or exchange it for a non defective pen. The service SUCKS I will NEVER BE BACK!!!! They took my money! The items I purchased didn’t work and I’m highly pissed off!

A wonderful dispensary with kind and knowledgeable employees (shout out to Rayne for always being so sweet and ready to answer any questions I have!). The staff are so friendly and welcoming, it doesn't feel like a dispensary! It feels like a quick stop into a local store. And it's always quick too, even on the busiest days I've never waited more than 30 minutes. Everyone here does an amazing job! 👏

Long time customer. I used to love strawberry fields-it’s convenient, was cheap, and staff has always been helpful and kind. A quick search of ‘Herbal Wellness’ shows new ownership is a group slowly buying out small dispos, the owner being international. Do with that what you will. Not only did the purchase negate the recent unionization of the store, but the negative effects are plenty. Higher prices, less selection, and layoffs of staff to name a few. Today my complaint comes from a new policy as of yesterday that you can’t make a purchase after 6:30. Three past and I was turned away for medication that I’ll go across town for. I’m sure this isn’t the only pointless policy set by new management. No, your customers will not adjust to these changes. We do notice how you treat your employees. We’ll take our dope money elsewhere ✌️

I used to love this place- as strawberry fields. Today I went in for a pickup order. The total was around 80, so I put that in my spendr. I get there and they wanted to charge me 120. Since their website doesn't store your order history, I couldn't prove it. But it was their website that showed me that price and their website that made the mistake. I'm sad I won't be seeing the faces of a few people who worked here anymore, but I can't go back with that customer service. Not when there are so many options in Columbus, many of which treat you with respect, a wild concept for the new HWC.
