I have been here once before, it was nice and clean and good staff. Again today Kate was awesome, happy, friendly and helpful. She was happy to answer questions a give suggestions. Nice experience.

The best dispensary in all of southern Michigan. The customer service is excellent. Each team member I’ve worked with has treated me like family. Each member is very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I can’t recommend high profile enough. I keep coming because of the customer service I receive each time. Their team is locked in. Hats off to the front of house staff and cheers to good management. Shoutout to Corey for hooking me up this time around, I appreciated the cool energy he brought with him.

I really think that The folks at High Prifile in Buchanan are on point! Been coming here since 2023. Great deals and super inviting as soon as you walk in and get greeted. I placed a pickup order online with over 100 various products which could have been confusing, but they got everything correct. Good job yall! Paul at the front desk made everything move smoothly and was very engaged. He had me in and out within 5 min. Will always be back and recommend 👌
