Chris A and Marcella are amazing budtenders. Both are extremely professional, have a very in-depth knowledge of store product, and are courteous, efficient, and funny. Additionally, I have followed Chris for a while online, and he has been advertising Higher Love since Day 1. He does a great job of this in my opinion from the perspective of both a consumer and prospective employee. His advertisements of product has quite literally gotten me off my ass and to your dispensary so that I could buy additional product even though I already had what I needed. I think that’s a skill, and is indicative of not only going above and beyond within the realm of his position but also highlights opportunity for him to potentially advertise your store on the official Higher Love social media pages. I would be happy to have either of these members on my team in a workplace.

This location has become my go to in Marquette. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. None of the budtenders have ever let me down with their recommendations. Eddy, in particular, provides incredible service. She knows the science behind the recommendations she provides, and she listens to my concerns and answers all of the questions I have. if they don't have what I am looking for in stock, which is rare, she can point me directly to an alternative to meet my needs. There really is no reason to go anywhere else in town because I know Eddy and the others will always take care of me.

Mel is such a sweetheart, a warm welcome as I enter, as if shes genuinely celebrating my presence. Great recommendations too! I always look forward to stopping by, everyone is so nice and as I leave, bag in hand, my day is that much better. Happy as a clam.
