I had a great time! As an out of towner this place is super cool and at least I don't have to go to Maggie's Farm any more! Pretty standard process I built an order and had it ready for pickup. Good prices, good product, staff was personable and fun. My only complaint was the flower was mostly muted and a little dry. 5/5.

I bought a cartridge and some other things 2 weeks ago and just opened it and it says no atomizer on 2 different devices. I took it in to exchange and was told the policy to return is a week but they denied showing that to me and will not exchange or offer credit. Instead they treated me with disrespect and refused any further help including their name or information to the manufacturer. Also, extremely high prices and horrible quality products along with worse customer service. Glad we have more options in the springs now because I will not go back here.

Went on here expecting to pay a lot for some bud but they have really good deals! As someone who comes from Cali, the price difference is awesome and they include the tax price without having to pay two taxes on top of your purchase. Plus the shop is super secure and cute. Colorado weed > Cali weed.

First time patient - very welcoming, I really didn't know what I was doing but the bud tender was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Not a long wait to get helped once you get in, *pro-tip* read the notices on the door, your anxiety will tell you to skim but if you don't you'll never know that you were buzzed in LMAO - or it's just me. Fantastic specials all month long!

Ari is a wonderful budtender. She knew what strain would work best for me for my physical strain I had. Ari has a great attitude, friendly demeanor, and she is very welcoming. I appreciate her and every time I enter she is such a delight.

As others have stated, I've been shorted on my bud by several grams. On more than one occasion I have found hair in the bud that could not possibly belong to anyone in my house. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. I post reviews under a pseudonym.

It’s nice when I pay for an ounce and only get 1/2 oz. Been sending people to this shop for a couple years but now, after this, I’m done with you guys. Maybe you should train your new people as Zachary shorted the ounce of Cindy 99. But I know someone from High Tops will respond and say I took some out, and thats fine because no one these days has accountability. This update was done after owner response: Serioisly?! You’re more worried about the number on the bag than me being shorted 1/2 oz? My good friend helps me out as I can’t always make it to the store. So nice job deflecting. 🤦🏼‍♂️
