Wont pickup the phone, i bought a vape from you guys and it keeps running after i hit it, practically killing itself.. idk what to do, and honestly with you all not picking up the phone is kindof making me a little mad, i have the receipt and will be coming back in to speak to you about this inconvenience.

I shop here a lot and usually they take care of me. I had a pen start leaking and the woman took care of it but the husband didn't replace the next one I had that was bad. But I never have any real problems with anything I get there. They look out for me
