It was my first time coming in and Lexi was a big big help, with my grandmother having just passed she really lifted my spirits, I actually love her down, you guys should def go there, they have amazing deals and amazing budtenders

Went to this location for the first time and Zoe was such a big help. I recently starting smoking and she helped pick the perfect strain for me with really good deals. She’s so down to earth and matched my vibe perfectly! Seriously go to this location just to see her!!

Spoke to many managers, supervisors (Morgan ) and shift leads about my situation. It’s sad to see the lack of communication amongst the company. One person tells me they’ll figure it out within 24 hours, another person claims the situation is fixed, the other (being the supervisor Morgan ) claims the situation was never escalated to him. I personally don’t recommend jars to anyone anymore due to the lies and lack or tracking things. They can see my history, see that they needed to merge accounts but claim I have 500 points to zero to 8 to zero. I will continue to recommend my friends and family to zen leaf, mint or story. Those dispensaries track their customers transactions accurately, make sure to communicate loyalty points, and typically have deals that usually sweep jars off their feet. Definitely am going to stop going to jars. And will continue to not recommend other mol, dry, low quality products . As for the managers , supervisors and leads, please stop lying. If you don’t know something, don’t know when you’ll be able to given the answer, or just need more time to. Look into things, then say that. Don’t lie to a customer, making them look stupid every time they walk into a location. It’s exhausting and irritating to be treated like this everytime by you guys.

10 out of 10 would recommend! My bud tender Alex was so chill and helpful. He made my experience great and helped pick out some great quality stuff! They also have so many great deals. Will come back for sure!

I really like and enjoy shopping at JARS! The atmosphere, service, courtesy of all employees, and the prices are just fantastic and unbeatable. I know several of the employees here from being a customer for the last few years. I would not go anywhere else. I don't need to look anywhere else or shop any sales anywhere because JARS beats them all no matter what hands down. Today my medtender was Sam, she was great! She was knowledgeable and polite and very cool. I enjoyed my time with her. I got the infused ground up OZ Cannibis. What a great product! I was lucky to see David too. He's been there for a while and I have gotten to know him and he is a genuine fantastic person. Always asks how I am feeling because I was sick for years. He tells me it's great to see me and I look so good. JARS really makes my day! Thanks everyone..!

2nd time at this location. Lola was such a sweetie. She noticed right away that something on my account was overlooked and rectified it right away. Also gave me some fun info on a veteran owned business that I'll have to try out. Will be back and looking forward to checking out the new location.

My first time going here. Zachary was cool very helpful and gave good recommendations. He pointed out that we have similar tattoos and was impressed when I said I did them myself. One thing i say sucked was that other places give you free something for being a first time customer so was kinda bummed I didn't get anything but it' still was a great experience and will go back for sure

I had an amazing experience at the counter. I was assisted by Lola M. Such an angel. She was super respectful and nice. She was such a vibe. Definitely coming back. It was a great first impression.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience at Jars, I get good buds and have a good time! FYI Jessica and Kelly are some weed wizards 🧙🏽‍♀️ they have helped us out allot!
