Just wanted to say how impressed I am with a Floor lead named Crash. He was probably the most knowledgeable person I've ever talked to in a dispensary.He was kind a honest and so passionate about what he does. I wonder if we can replicate him and have a Crash in every shop. Go here such a good place with good prices and products. But he stole the show

It's been a little while since I've shopped this location since I moved out of the area. I stopped in first thing Tuesday morning to buy disposable dab pen. Total came to like $38. After a few hits Tuesday night it started acting like the battery was dead so I put it on the charger. Still nothing. I tried a second charging cord still nothing. I took the pen back Wednesday evening to exchange it but of course I did not have my receipt. no problem right because it should be on my account! When the clerk looked up my account she was not able to see where I purchased the pen as the clerk from the previous morning had rang me up for 2 grams of flour and no dab pen. I explained to her that that was incorrect period I told her the exact time that I had been there yesterday morning Before she even reprinted it out on the receipt. She explained to me that they hadn't carried this brand for a while....I took her to the exact box i had gotten, and she confirmed she was wrong in identifying my pen, but there was nothing they could do. So I'm stuck with a full dab pen that won't change. I'm out almost $40. I have spent a lot of money here over there years but I will not be returning. While I understand there are rules to follow, this is this first time I have ever been made to feel like I was trying to "get one over" on you guys.....

I got a small paying job around the corner and the last few months I've worked there I went in and got a pre roll at lunch and have enjoyed trying different things. It's the best part of my day. On payday I usually try some top shelf flower. I've always tipped, if I'd saved that in an account instead I wouldn't have only had the 10$ 8 had to my name yesterday. I asked what the tender rescinded for that price that works taste and burn good, and I got this pos. They're hit and miss but when you get near 10$ for a gram they're supposed to be quality. I couldn't even use this. It's so tight and the crutch is so cramped it's garbage. I thought I'd take it back today and see what happens. Surely if at least get a good deal on something. When I went in a young tender named kash took my id, then when I explained my situation Kash relished telling me there's nothing that could be done other than a 15 percent discount. Really? After tipping 100 plus dollars, you can't even refer me to someone and are excited and cheerful to tell me no? I'm broke, worked to death, and am an inch from it. I wouldnt let them have the pleasure of me leaving defeated so I spent my last couple dollars on a preroll and told Kash to keep the 30 cents. Can't you have a little empathy for struggling people? Instead of being so stoked to turn someone down? Why so comabative? Had you not sounded so delighted in saying no and clearly enjoying the interaction and explained it with human compassion Id have not even considered this and wouldn't have ruined the best part of my day.

I had such a great experience at Kaleafa thanks to Jonathan! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. He really took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and it made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. best place in Oregon City and they have the best bud tenders. The manager Brandon is great too. If you have never smoked or used any cannabis before they can help you find what you need and explain how to use. Always a happy place for me.

I have never had a problem here until tonight. As a loyal customer that has been coming here for YEARS, I felt disrespected by the floor lead, Angie. She use to be a really nice bubbly person but since she’s either been a lead or just the longer she’s worked here, her attitude about things have gone straight down the drain and clearly doesn’t like working here. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had here and it was really disappointing because this is suppose to be my go to dispensary. Very sad.

Khalifa is my favorite dispensary everybody there is so nice and friendly and especially Lee. She always puts me in a good mood and helps me find out what I need.
