Clean, vibrant, relaxing, and go9d vibes! Loved walking in to see the wonderful selection of books and all sorts of products that support local artesian in their respective crafts. Had to get the pocket of Rumi book! Along with some other goodies.

I love Kaya already and even more so after their kind staff saved me in a pinch with gift giving earlier this week. My schedule was hectic and I was able to place an order for a beautiful bundle for same day pick up. It was wrapped and ready to go when I dropped in between errands. Bonus: my friend adored her birthday gifts ❤️

First time using Kaya and very disapointed. Based on the website and reviews I was excited to purchase from them. It was over a week since I ordered online and no updates. I had to call and learn that an item was backordered/out of stock! NO ONE called to inform me of this nor did it show this online when I selected the product. This seemed like a reputable company and that I would get my products in a timely. NOPE!! I was in pain for over a week waiting. Very disappointed!

Kaya is one of my favorite go-tos in Phoenix. Such a beautifully curated shop. Perfect for buying gifts for yourself and loved ones. I’m there regularly for the sea moss!
