Visiting from out of town. Luckily they were close to my Airbnb, and had a nice selection. If I am back in the area I would shop here.

I bought a geek bar. It fires constantly after hitting until it overheats unless I blow back in it. Took it back to the shop and they wouldn't exchange it. Only offered to give me a discount on a new one as "all sales are final". Any other smoke shop I've been to would have just given me one that's not defective.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The owners are often there working along side them. Prices are fair and they have regular sales running. Open till midnight everyday. My goto spot for sure.

Brandon is a 5 star guy. I would typically shop at other shops but i make sure to come here specifically because Brandon always knows what I'm looking for.

As a 13 year customer to sky high, I’d reccomend this smoke shop to anyone in the world shopping… the people, the products, the customer service/relationship they build with customers is like no other, however my recent visit changed my perspective… they had this new medium length curly ish hair dude, gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever received, was extremely rude, and the whole vibe seemed off. As someone that has purchased literally everything from here in the past, I think I’m going to be going to high maintenance for now on… which sucks, because I’ve always loved sky high, just not dealing with this new employee dude that’s just rude, and argumentative, and disrespectful to customers, especially long returning customers that have dropped literally tens of thousands inside the shop over the years.
