Wow! Excellent doctor and staff! If you're looking for a modern, sleek, up-to-date office experience with a Keurig coffee maker, look elsewhere. If youre looking for the most caring doctor and staff, most knowledge, and best intentions, look no further! Kathy-Anne (office manager) and Bart (doctor) are simply the best. Super caring, never felt the slightest bit rushed, addressed all my concerns. (I was a transfer, and my main concern was this doctor considering my last recommendation, which worked for me) If youre in the same boat, and have the same worries, DONT. The process is super easy and straightforward. If you've put this off because you're worried about outcomes, stop! Chances are you will benefit so don't worry! The office is dated, and may need some work to compete with modern office experiences. I really wished I worked there because I know I could add so much to patients experiences for the better. I think if the TV was on in the waiting room, with a Keurig, and had a more socialized feel, it could absolutely improve the experience. The music they play however is rock and I absolutely love that music, even though it may not appeal to the youth. I was extremely worried and terrified to switch doctors and now my biggest regret was not jumping on this opportunity sooner. My previous doctor was always hard to get a hold of, sometimes waiting weeks for a call back. Sometimes a week just for my recommendation to go through! Kathy-Anne got it done within THE HOUR! With it being the end of the year, with amazing sales, her timing saved me enough to pay for my office visit and EVERYONE WINS!

I have been a patient for 3–4 years. Initially, I felt a bit intimidated, but the staff took the time to thoroughly explain every product and patiently answered all my questions. The process was straightforward, and over time, my experience has improved tremendously. The convenience they offer is unmatched. The staff is always efficient, helpful, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Even though they are often busy assisting other patients, they always make an effort to get back to you promptly.

I absolutely 💯 love Doc and CathyAnn. His trusty nurse/wife. They are an amazing team. I felt so welcome. I felt understood. CathyAnn helped do all of the tasks on my phone for me, from the start. She also told me many times, that if I need to even talk to her to call her! She and Doc treat there patients like family, not just a clients.
