I’m very pleased with how the shop handled a potentially challenging situation. I drove 25 miles to take advantage of an awesome sale. I ordered online. Prices showed on the website as 45% off, which is a GREAT deal. However, when I came in for pickup, the order amount had changed to reflect only a 20% discount. After a mild panic on my end, I showed them my receipt from Aeropay that showed the discounted total paid. From that they refunded the whole order and rang it up again at the 45% discount. Apparently, there’s a glitch in the system. They could have easily said, “too bad,” but they accommodated a customer and did the right thing!

The best and most amazing staff you could ever deal with! Liz and Deb are the best. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
