This is a Wonderful place. Great selection on a big variety of products and a great glass collection. Not just bongs. She answered all of my questions to multiple products and was able to suggest what I would like. Informative and just a great experience from start to finish.

Went to this location last night to purchase a new vape. Spent 100 dollars on a brand new vape and it was not functioning when I went to use it for the first time. I returned to the store the next day to find the same employee that sold me the vape working and he immediately told me there was nothing he could do and to call the manufacturer. The employee wouldn't even take the time to look at the vape for me. I can understand if a significant amount of time had passed between the purchase and the issue but it didn't work from the start. Edit- the owner called me and his first words were do you even know how to use what you bought followed by well now you got my attention referring to the review. I've been vaping for 10 years so I would think I know what I bought. The owner demanded I come to the store immediately to deal with him and only him, it sounded like he wanted to fight with a customer. He would said that if he was unable to fix my brand new vape he could give me a store credit but for less than what I purchased the item for. The owner was more concerned about the review than he was the fact that he sold someone a bad product. Beware anyone who wants to deal with this place. All of this info has been passed along to geekvape to review their partnership. Old outdated products that do not work, an unhinged owner who belittles customers, and employees who just don't care. Lots of other shops out there with better products, staff, and ownership.

My purchase was over $100. The sales person said I need to verify who you are for over $100. That is fine however they took a picture of my license!! I was not informed that would happen. I asked why she said that it's required however I did not know or agree to that. With all of the fraud that happens I cannot see a small business needing a copy of your drivers license for your quick books accounting software. I hope the owner sees this can responses!
