Such excellent service! We came in to look at cat trees and the one we wanted wasn't in stock until the next day. They took our information and called the next day. When we went to pick it up they even sprayed it down with catnip. Kitty is in love!

My first time at this Mudbay location and loved it! Came in for an online order and walked out with additional purchases. The staff were welcoming and informed me that they were having a sale on items that will soon be discontinued. Very clean store and kind staff, thank you!

Like all mudbays this one is spot on. They are always incredibly kind, caring, and helpful when finding new things for the pets! For example, we asked for recommendations for backpacking with our dog and the next time we came in the employee remembered and asked how it worked out and went. We are beyond lucky to have these individuals working the store! Make sure you go out to some of their community events, always a blast!

Staff was so friendly and helpful and the cat toy selection was awesome. Staff gave me some great advice on kitty grooming and even took the time to watch a video of our cats lol. I will never go to a big box pet store again!!
