Cat, who works at Ounce Of Hope was so incredible! She was impressively knowledgeable about there products. She helped me navigate through conversation to find the product that was right for me and was just so nice and very welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience with her. 5 stars hands down. I will definitely be a return customer!!!!

The products here are solid, but the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Upon entering, the ID check process feels overly aggressive and unwelcoming. While I understand the importance of rules like no phone calls, the overall tone and enforcement of these policies create an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a paying customer, I think a more customer-friendly approach to enforcing rules would go a long way in improving the vibe of the store.

I absolutely loved this packaging ! I ordered some gummies , brownies and a chocolate just to try out and they all taste amazing. I struggle with PTSD and sleeping problems, I tried the product first day I got it and it’s a godsend honestly. I love this brand thank you so much !

How do I know that Ounce of hope products are superior you may ask ? My puppy has the mouth of a great white shark and still wasn’t able to break my pen . It still worked perfectly .

I live with pain everyday. I came in just looking around and asked the employee if they had anything. He directed me to edibles. I explained I'm really not interested in that approach. He pointed me to a $5 sample of cbd salve. I used it on both shoulders and my surgically repaired knee. I was pain free for the first time in over 12months. I'm going back tomorrow.

They sell a unique product, but it's way overpriced. On top of the price, they ask you to tip the cashiers for helping you. Like, thanks for selling me 4 grams for $65, take more of my money? Every time I've tried their flower it's super harsh, I'm not sure if that's just their trademark or what. But there is a specific dryness to all of their flower that I have tried. I love supporting local, but the price and the service makes me want to drive out to Collierville instead🤷
