Once again, the online price was $13 less than when I got to the store. Why is it every time I put an online order the price online is less than what I am charged. I am also tired of needing to tell you guys that I want to use my $10 coupon when you guys have an option to use it when you're making the order so what is the purpose of allowing people to use the coupon if it doesn't even go into your system and then you guys remove it and say people used it. Another thing I've noticed is that your in-store prices are lower than your online prices these are deceptive practices. And whoever is in your window is a rude person. His whole attitude was keep it moving he doesn't care didn't even offer to check or anything like that, this place place has literally gone downhill in the last 3 months. Starting to become the ghetto dispensary. System always down. Never acknowledging complaints. Staff smoking on the premises. Prices always off. Do you know when they charge you taxes, they charge you taxes on the full price not the discounted price? Maybe that's why your system is always 8-10 off from what online says. That's without coupons. Ready to spend elsewhere. Reply: I didn't use a ATM/Debit/Credit card I paid cash. So tell me another lie...

This place is my go-to. Great pre roll and Proper flower selection. Cultivar of the day is always a nice way to get some dank at an affordable price. Stephonne(Boo) is muh dude but all the staff is really great and unique 😊 Proper Cannabis is the proper way to be consuming cannabis. Highly recommend

(edited to add. Took like 60 seconds for an automated message to pop up saying to contact customer service. I sent two emails. Both emails have been completely ghosted. ) I buy clones from this company on a monthly schedule. I have had nothing but constant miscommunication and errors. Legitimately called Monday last weekt o ask when the ordering window was for the clone drop this month. I was incorrectly told the 15th was the last day to order. Called again today to double check before making another 2 hour drive just to spend 300$ on 6 clones. Like I do almost every single month. When speaking to the male on the phone, he answered with an attitude as soon as he picked up. Asked him about order dates and got a snappy response that they where not selling clones. I asked him to double check. So he left me on hold for 6mins then came back with a smart mouth response. Ya I don't know who told you that you could still order clones, but your wrong. In my opinion extremely rude and disrespectful way to handle the situation. I spend 100's of dollars at this company monthly. I advertise your products on all my social media pages. I'm beyond upset by the way this company is becoming just like all these other cannabis companies, that just take your money and kick you to the curb. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER BEEN HERE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF REC AND MEDICAL!!

I like they run specials occasionally. I appreciate it very much for those being financially challenged in today's world. Gone in a few times and was treated nice. Usually go through drive thru .Been to many dispensary that rude and doesn't care aboutcustomerservice. I feel Proper has been nice and caring for I probably not the nicest customer some times. So this place has won my business with treated me kind. Thanks staff! Kris

Alana was fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable about all the company’s products and more. I understand I’m one of the most high maintenance customers, and she took care of me like a proper professional. I’d give her a raise and would not let that one go
