This store is amazing. The selection of product is unmatched by any other store I've been to. Now I only shop at Puffs. I travel 3 hrs round trip just to go to this store. All of the staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable, courteous and try and help you understand the product. They take the time to answer questions. I like that. If you're new or a veteran ask for Ari. She is the tops. I have, been attended to by her as for lack of a better word my Marista 2x's now and both interactions were truly phenomenal! She knows her product, and she is excellent at matching products to your desire. Both times I described to her what I was looking for and boom she picks products that I have been really happy with. Best in class service truly.

My last review for Puffs Surgis was not a glowing review. I did go back bc I was already in Michigan and I had spoken with a manager who asked me to come back and make things right. And they absolutely did. Thank you Bryce ur making things correct. And to my budtender Jeffrey who took the time to listen to me and getting me together. First let me say I ABSOLUTELY love me some Puffs Dispensary!!! But today I was so disappointed 😞 Per the advertisement that made me want come here if I spent $200.00+ and I was 5th in line and I would get a gift bag value of $250.00. Tell me does this look like a value of 250.00. Not.bloody.likely. I was also charged for my 1st time free preroll/edible. The receipt says 50% off. I am truly frustrated and disappointed at the Sturgis Puffs Dispensary. I'm absolutely positively not going there EVER again.

Been here several times. Great bud tenders. I was a little disappointed in the product. Dry and not trimmed as well as usual. But they have always been good and I'll go back.

Ariana was so sweet and kind an she knew her products..she hooked me up with some great deals that they had going on.. I would recommend asking for her. It was my first time there and it was a great experience… I messed up not getting her digits.. Definitely recommend Puff

I love this place, their selections, their rewards. Just this year alone, Everytime the Detroit Lions win, I get $10 credit to use. For my Birthday they gave me a $25 credit like wow. But they have good prices, every 20th of the month is a half price day. Just check it out and you won't be disappointed!!
