They're ok. I didn't get what I came for because it's so awkward and embarrassing when you have to ask for the price on every single item. Why not just put prices on stuff? Most people don't have an endless budget. There's other shops I'll avoid altogether because nothing has prices displayed.

love this place. the employees are great. the service is great. product amazing. Eazy recommended me a new device and i already love it. it hits good. feels smooth. small and compact. and he sold me on it with a short convo. definitely go to them. great people.

Kay is awesome she seemed to remember who i was almost immediately after my first visit and is always super helpful, great mood and will always tell me the specials based on my needs and makes sure to get my points even even I'm in a hurry!! I have referred and brought friends in the shop with me that have commented how cool the shop is, the variety of products, but mostly the environment and positive vibes everytime we go in!! I forgot to include EZ (SPELLING?? ) he is newer face to me but has been just as welcoming and has even directed me to better deals on more then one occasion. Over all the shop makes sure you are happy walking out and has always let me check out product before purchase

Came in today for a couple Geekbars and the customer service was great! Gave me a run down on the most popular flavors and the two I picked up where some of the best I’ve tried!

Small business doing right at it's finest, a true rarity in today's day & age so come support this hidden gem* --- Original review 11/2024: I can't say enough good things about Kay and Castor at this small shop packed with everything you could need for vaping and head shop supplies. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Despite my habit of oftentimes showing up just minutes before closing (a bad habit/"quirk" from my OCD), they always greet me with smiles and warmth. I often come in with loose change due to some tough times finding myself between jobs, but Kay and Castor have never made me feel anything less than welcomed and appreciated. Their product knowledge is impressive, and they take the time to ensure I find exactly what I need, never rushing me or showing any frustration. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, they set the standard for what true service should be. I’m currently navigating a rough transitional period in my life, and their kindness and patience is truly a blessing.
