Quite a positive experience here after being fed a bunch of nonsense from St Kilda, Lil & Nat went out of there way to save the day and rectify a couple of fake promises. Super grateful for the team here and how lovely these two were. Thank you ladies.

From the very start, talking to Lilly on the phone & then in person when I had my consultation, she was a joy to talk to & always smiling. I feel she really cares for you & her work. Dr Karen was so amazing also with her knowledge, information & professionalism. I also felt she cared also & I felt excited when I left her room about the thought of having some kind of "releaf" with my many ailments that have gone on for far to long. Sadly the dispensing staff despite working in this industry tend look down on customers.Ive on 3 occasion’s now spoke to the manager or whatever the man’s title is and to not much avail. Why look down on those paying a lot for your service.We are why you have a job.Ive been given looks by staff when they read my file/chart and been made wait longer than others who have arrived long after me.Then when I politely asked will it be much longer be told rudely to sit down and wait.Its a case of retail staff being given a little power and treating customers like addicts.They need watch there staff more.2 in particular who I won’t name.Further my product arrived and no call 2 times now.More into making money than acting professional.Long review I apologise but very rude.Looking for an alternative atm.

The dispensary is awesome, they keep my main product in stock. One item takes a couple of days. The iPhone app keeps track of my scripts, lists prices and has an order button. The clinic doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Staff all friendly and helpful

Pathetic care from Dr Anjun, who completely failed in his duty of care. He unilaterally decided to change my prescription from 2.5 grams per day to 1 gram per day without any consultation, approval, or even basic discussion. At no point did he ask how I was managing my current dosage, how long I’ve been on it, or what impact a sudden change would have on me. He didn’t review my situation, usage history, or medical needs he simply made the decision on his own and informed me after the fact. Because of this, I am now short on medication and will be without any for the next three days, despite relying on this script consistently for the past three years. This is a complete disregard for patient welfare and a breach of his duty as a doctor to ensure safe continuity of care. To make matters worse, he then shifted the blame onto me, saying that people like me are the reason the clinic is “getting in trouble” and having to apply stricter limits. As far as I’m aware, he is the doctor and I am the patient—so why am I being blamed for decisions he and the clinic are responsible for? Instead of acting professionally, he made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient deserving proper medical consideration. I will be making a formal complaint against Dr Anjun for his lack of professional responsibility and disregard for my health and wellbeing. This experience has shown me how poor this company’s standards are, and I will be changing providers immediately and advising others to avoid this clinic altogether.
