I quit coming to Rise for a long time because they keep firing all of their best people. The generally bad manager who looks like She belongs in an aquarium, I think her name is Alina, makes me sorry I ever gave Rise a second chance. Tbh it used to be a pretty great store with a friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable crew. I'm not sure why Rise would choose to keep such a toxic employee who seems to enjoy berating her employees in front of the public, but her behavior is very unprofessional and turns me off of going to Rise all together. I'm sad because the employees at Rise are generally wonderful and make everyone feel welcome. I won't be back if I have to deal with her though. Life is too short to put up with someone who is short tempered and rude because She doesn't seem to approve of the way I dress.

Moss is amazing and so welcoming! CJ also was a big part of my experience, helped me though the whole ordering process, recommended which products i should get based off what i like as well as his own personal likings. 10/10 recommend especially with these two working!

RISE, PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN BRADENTON!! I drive up to the Sun City or St Pete locations, and it's worth it for the price and quality. You would dominate if you open a location in Bradenton. Thanks to Kai and Ant for providing great service at your Sun City location.

On today’s visit, I already knew what I wanted after browsing online, but hadn’t committed to a pickup order. When I got to the counter, the staff let me know that the edibles I was purchasing were actually part of a 2-for-$25 promotion — something I hadn’t caught online. That heads-up saved me money and helped me walk out with an extra edible I really appreciated. That level of attentiveness and care really goes a long way. I picked up two different strains of flower and the edibles, and as always, the checkout process was quick and easy. It was an awesome experience. In the heart of Sun City, Florida, the population of tenants is retired. The dispensary is brand new. The deals are more likely than less likely. I met 2 of the new employees, Hailey & and Tyler, who answered every question I asked. They sell all products; from vape batteries to high-quality THC cartridges. edibles,pre-rolls, flowers, concentrated oils wax, and dabs. I love their deals

Received my doctors orders and stopped in at Rise. We were greeted by a very friendly staff. Nikki put our info into the system and then walked us through the kiosk. Shopping made very simple and very knowledgeable employees. We were able to meet Kai, and Hailey checked us out. Hailey was sweet and also very knowledgeable about all of the cannabis products they sell. Some great deals for first-time shoppers. We will definitely be back! The customer service was outstanding. I am extremely pleased with our choices, and I enjoyed a pain-free evening. So worth it!💜☮️
