Alright.. so I'll start by saying, Sarah and Bruce.. are amazing. Extremely informative and very helpful, will go the extra distance to tend to the people that walk into that building. The deals that Rise has, amazing as well. Can't complain one bit about the deals they have, and I also love a lot of the strains carried.. My ONLY issue, is when I'd receive a jar... and take a look at the package date, and some date up to 6 months +.. just recently, grabbed a four eighth jars of some Chem and Cookies, and it dates all the way back to June 23rd of last year... when I had picked them up, was the first week of February this year... some strains are also not as terpy as you would think, especially when you see some names you recognize and have had before. More so trial and error when it comes to finding what you like.

It is my first time with Rise. It was a delivery. Their delivery service 5💥, the delivery guys (Jose & Many) 5💥, the person that call me to tell me that the guys were on their way 5💥. Those are the 3 stars because the Live Rosin have oxidation (amber color) (maybe not stored at the right temperature or the package date is May, or both, or maybe the flower wasn't of the best quality). I know that even if it has oxidation is "not that bad" to vape it, but my problem is the, "not THAT bad" part. I have to be cautious of what I put in my lungs. I'm a lung cancer survivor (2014) and of course I know that I don't suppose to be vaping or smoking but if I'm going to do it, I want it to be as clean and clear as possible. I tried other dispensaries Live Rosin carts and the only ones that are super clear and clean is GrowHealthy and JungleBoys. Not even Cookies (which is the worse) nor Curaleaf or MUV. I didn't try the Trulieve Live Rosin carts yet. I want to give Rise another opportunity in the near future. I'm willing to edit this review if it's better next time. Let me be clear, the flavor is there but what is scare me the most is the oxidation.. The one on the left is Rise and the one on the right is GrowHealthy.

Chelsey was great. This is my second time at RISE and Chelsey explained the rosin tier system to me perfectly. Real Good Vibes and both times i’ve been there have been amazing

Bruce & Chelsea are amazing !! Rise has some of the best tasting edibles, I always come here for them And I was in there To pick up my order. I ended up doing the two for 25 but Bruce told me about the 4 for 40 which is such a good deal !! I ended up going with that deal instead of the two for 25. He was so nice and helpful. Chelsea was at the counter and rang me up and she was so nice as well. The customer service at this location is really top-tier. I’ve never had a bad experience.

I switched over to rise for my medical marijuana, and I want the readers to know what a wonderful staff they have. On my first time in, I had lots of questions, I was new to their store. A store team member named Bruce was awesome! He was patient, professional, and cared about my medical situation. I also like their manager Sarah. ...Rise, Hallandale is the most ghetto dispensary in the state of Florida ! Received 2 terpens with bad batteries received a puffvo plus with a bad battery received Boveda packs that felt like sugar packets. When I tried to for delivery they told me one price and came out to my house with two different receipts and try to charge me an extra $20. the manager was extremely nasty I will never go to rise for the rest of my life!

It was my first time there and Bruce did an awesome job in providing all the info I needed to get started with my shopping experience. Anthony also did a great job on my check out process. Great place, great products! Would definitely recommend.
