This company is amazing! I've ordered the cacao twice now. First order they sent a complimentary deep tissue salve which was an absolute blessing as I had an accident that broke some ribs and this salve is all I've used for the pain! It's that good! Second order was delayed a little as they were out of stock but they sent a friendly email to let me know and another salve with my order! They also wrote some kind words on my receipt so.. KB, I love y'all too and thank you to everyone at Roots!

My first order of 2 different teas a few months ago was great. Decided to order another and add the mushroom infused honey to try it out. I am so please with how good it tastes. The other rave is that the bag of tea comes FULL, I was surprised when I opened it, was almost to the top. Even the packaging had care and thought given to it to protect the glass, and my invoice had 2 sets of initials with checkmarks to make sure they got it right. Can't wait to stop by their shop.

This place is a treasure. Their CBD oil is the best I’ve ever found and is a must for me to stay on a normal sleep schedule. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Always a pleasure popping in here. They have good tea too! I especially like the inflammation tea. I believe they make everything in house. Highly recommend this place.

Love this place! The woman I met was so sweet! I love their handmade products and I’m so excited to try them. I got a bar of soap, immune boost herbal tea, and deodorant. I will definitely be back :)
