It's an honor to be the 100th review because the place was the best around. The options were almost endless. One side of the store was pieces and the other was product. They even have a couch to chill on! The staff was super nice too, this is my one stop shop now. Hats off to Royal Tobacco Smoke & Vape.

This shop has a variety of items. Plenty of options to choose from no matter what your vice is. Nicotine, THC, Hookahs, Edibles, CBD, Vapes & even treats for your pets! (No cigarettes) I can go on but you’ll just have to check it out yourself. It is very organized, clean & it smelled amazing in here. Nick helped me and my partner, he was very knowledgeable & kind. They do have a reward program so if you are interested in saving money & enjoying your vices, stop by and get more info.

Customer service is unwavering. Sold products on sale/discount and it was a defective product. Called next day to see about exchange and was advised that I took a risk buying a product on sale. Had the sale rack articulated that the products being sold were defective, I would not have made purchase. Was advised to leave a review and “do what I got to do” when it was was brought to their attention. But no exceptions or accommodations were to be made for the product being faulty. Shocked as they have 5 star reviews. Hopeful this helps future consumers who run into the same issue. They did NOT have me test the product before exiting. So their update to this review is invalid and can be confirmed by review cameras.
