Depending on who you get for staff can make or break the experience. Some staff are very helpful while others seem to be having a bad day. There's usually a steady flow of customers based off my experience, thats to be expected since its medical and Rec. They have a great selection and their rewards system is also a nice incentive.

They would not follow through with the promo they have showing on their website banner. They are advertising 1g concentrate, 4 for $100. I added 4 concentrates to my bag and drove to the store for them to tell me it is sanctuary product only. That was not advertised online and they would not honor my order. When I told them they should advertise that online, I was given no response and a dirty look from the 2 men behind the counter

Jake always makes experience great. He knows he what he is talking about and he does it with a smile. He’s the reason why I love coming to this dispensary. There are other people that aren’t as personable as him but he always puts a smile on my face and I leave as a happy customer due to him

Check out the original Med/Rec dispensary in Gardner! Easy online order! My only complaint is they don’t allow stacked discounts. So for example, if they have a 10% off flower sale, but you already get their hardship discount, you only get one or the other. It’s always whichever is higher, but it stinks not to be able to take advantage of the sale price.

I upped my review from 2 to 3 stars due to some new employees, and finally offering some competitive deals. Still find alot to be overpriced. Alot of their gear is expensive which is the exact opposite of how it was when they first opened. Every package of flower I've gotten from there is dried out. As someone with experience I attempted several times to offer information and advice to help them remedy their issue, but fell on deaf ears. It's there in a pinch.
