Customer service is 10/10. Products are high quality and high potency without any added nonsense or impurities. Jessica and Garret make being a consumer a welcoming experience and will point you towards the best product for what ails you. Highly recommend.

I went to this store because of the previous reviews. I was NOT disappointed. The lady I spoke to was very informative and helped me chose the products I was looking for. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We literally just left this place and the gentleman working there had a horrible attitude. Not sure if it was because my husband was a black man or if he didn't want to deal with us because it was almost closing time but there was definitely an issue. We wanted to relax on vacation and he didn't make it a good start for sure. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I almost always leave 5 * reviews everywhere because we have worked in the public for 25+ years and know how it can be. The least one can do is fake being nice while at work.

Love this place and Chris is a great guy but my gosh closing at 9:00 on a weekend it's kind of silly 10 or 11:00 would be really good. some people can't get off work until the restaurants are closing just a suggestion. Of all times I would have thought Memorial Day weekend Chris you would at least try Stay over until 10 or something but no I mean that's why Up in Smokes Kind of doing a little better because they stay open till 11 at the main place On the weekends

The staff are super nice and helpful, and they make the whole process really simple. The products are a bit more expensive than typical alternate cannabinoid products, however, all of their products are far higher quality than your average delta 8 disposable from a smoke shop.
