Mo was extremely helpful and friendly, he helped me find what I was looking for when other shops straight up didn't have them. I've gone around smoke shops all around the bay, and this is by far the most well stocked and chill place I've been to, period

This place was cool until today. They had what looked liked a kid at the counter and I had bought a disposable wax pen which was 35 dollars plus tax. He had no idea of the cost and looked confused on what I was asking for, he even had to call someone to figure out the price. Before I left the store after my purchase they had me test it out it seemed fine I’ve never purchased one before then I walked out the store and notice it wasn’t working. I had never used one before so I didn’t know what to expect. And thought all was good. Not even an hour later the wax is all liquid and dripping out the top with a single hit when setting down. And it turns on and starts making a noise. So I called and ask what they could do and he clicked on me. So I went inside and explained and he told me he wasn’t responsible once it left the store which is understandable. But I asked even if I could get an exchange or anything he said no I spent almost forty bucks for it not to work. I could’ve at least got a free small thing under 20 bucks.

Recently purchased two of their top tier vapes (spaceman candy trio) from their shop. Their customer service was up to par; they were knowledgeable helpful and kind. The attendant helped walk us through the decision making process through to the purchase of two flavors that me and my wife both enjoyed. Upon leaving the shop we both tried out the two products without any issues. Then just 2 days later we leave town to go visit our family for a week, leaving one of the vapes behind. Upon returning from our trip I get the vape out of my nightstand drawer and I find that the device is dead. Thought that it was strange that the vape had no power because it should have been close to full power but I throw it on the charger anyways and NOTHING. The vape is unresponsive to every charger that I tried. I inspected the vape after discovering this issue and I was able to find what looked to be vape juice that had leaked out from the filter and into the outer casing of the device, I also noticed some vape juice around the button and air inlet on the bottom of the device. This is a bummer when you’re paying 45$ a vape and the thing only works for a day and a half! I gave the shop 3* because of the customer service that we received and because the product that we were advised to get would have been a wonderful choice if both devices had continued to work. Will give an update to this review after going into the shop to discuss this issue with them. Will increase or decrease my rating based on how they handle this problem.
