Horrible customer service by the female cashier. She was very rude and nasty when I wanted different cigars. The owner was understanding but wasn’t there. So the cashier had the ultimate say. I bought a Cohiba Black spent about $70 total and she was super rude. Next time I will take my money somewhere else and u should too.

After frequenting multiple establishments from Columbia to Baltimore, I have found none as honest, endearing, and professional as Smoke District. I have been attempting to find a very specific type of shisha for some time and the owner was able to provide me with the exact product I wanted and made recommendations for alternate products. There was no upselling or pushing, but he did make a recommendation for a brand and flavor that has ruined all other flavors for me (in the best way!). I haven’t experienced customer service or knowledge from any business since my home shop Telfords, back in California. I will be frequenting this spot and only this spot for years to come.

AWFUL SMOKE SHOP!! Lilyanna Moreno (the short girl with long black hair) was my middle school bully, and now she won’t let me in the shop based off of assumptions she made about me in MIDDLE SCHOOL!! We are graduated college now for reference. Will not be recommending this smoke shop to any friends or family, as the owner has done nothing to even attempt to rectify the situation.
