This place is great if you want to find lower prices for the things you need. Jennifer works behind the counter and she’s a phenomenal human being. She will make you laugh, makes you feel welcome, super friendly, and most importantly she knows the store inside and out and answers any questions you might have regarding the products available. Great business and great people, what a combination 😎

This smoke island the Gaithersburg location really has the best customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life. Cashier, “Miss Mariah do it all”, really made my day helping me out without me even asking. Some costume service is just too above and beyond to rate but if I had to it would be 100/10
