The people who work here are outstanding and VERY knowledgeable about the products that the store sells, most employees have tried a lot of the items so they are super helpful in suggesting new items to try. Stay awesome Smoke Kingdom!! The prices though, everything cheaper 2 blocks away... need fix that, I had to stop coming.

Update:as of February 2024 all the staff are friendly now!I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. The first time I went there, it was definitely five stars I believe I was served by the owner and he was super friendly and super helpful! My second visit there was a white guy that looked like he was on drugs.Because he didn’t smile and frowned when he greeted me I could tell that he did not want to serve me.I turned around and walked out! They are also extremely expensive. They definitely did raise their prices, and they were already expensive before they raised the prices.I found a way to get my liquid way cheaper and I’m never shopping here again!!!!!!Please do not leave an owner response. I have a severe condition and I could end up in the hospital!Thank you.

I bought a vape two days ago. It is peeling, the color is different than the brand and it barely has pull. It doesn’t display properly when charging and randomly drops to zero. This is not an authentic geek bar. I called the store and left my contact info for the owner. Very dissatisfied customer. This is why I stopped shopping with them previously. I came in here because my local shop was closed.

I recently purchased a Smok Nova at Smoke Kingdom. A short time after buying this I learned this product in particular apparently is known to leak the liquid as you inhale. I had the receipt, the box, and barely used the thing. But was told they wouldn't refund my purchase, they would only give me another pod! I'd also like to add that I paid $50.00 for the vape and found that they are $20.00 cheaper brand new elsewhere; well, basically everywhere!! I am only able to post a review if I give a star so..... I was forced against my will to leave even one star for this review.
