This smoke shop is one of the best there is!! It has a huge selection ranging from small items like papers, all the way to custom bags, shoes, glass pieces. Beyond having the biggest inventory in the bay they also employed the best workers!! Amanda is by far the best customer service rep i’ve met in a minute! She was knowledge on her product selection, had grace and patience while i shopped around, and always had a smile. The other associate, Melissa, was also wonderful! Constantly checking on guests and being very attentive! If you want a one stop shop i definitely recommend here!

Bought a vape, next day it didn’t work. It was a Raz, so you could tell it was 100% full of juice. Older man said “best I can do is 25% off a new one.” My vape isn’t even a day old and had 100% juice left. Older man wouldn’t look up our rewards or anything, said it didn’t matter. Anywhere else would just replace it. This has happened to me maybe 3 or 4 times in the last few years, and everywhere but this place has just replaced the vapes. We have been coming here for 8 months, at least once a week, multiple vapes per week. Probably won’t be back now. Terrible experience tonight. Prior to tonight, it was fine because I never needed to return a vape here before.

So I went there a few weeks ago I was on that side of town running errands my daughter-in-law had asked me to pick her up some charcoal for her hookah that was my first time in there and the place is beautiful and clean and seem to have a lot of stuff I don't smoke so I had no idea what I was looking for I went in there and there was quite a few people in there so I said excuse me can you tell me where I can find the charcoal for hookah and the girl just pointed I said all the hookah stuff is over there so went over there and remembered that the one that she bought was in a silver wrapper so I had to call my daughter-in-law to get help because the girls were not helpful at all I told them that I was never there before I had no idea what I was looking for and they stood there watching TV instead of helping me there was nobody in the store at that time my daughter-in-law loves this place and goes there a couple times a week but they should take into consideration for people that have no knowledge of what they're looking for they need to be more helpful

Cool products, terrible management. I could have easily spent a couple hundred bucks here on products but the manager just made it an awkward and unwelcoming vibe. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. To the owners, if you want to drive some sales at this location, I'd recommend getting someone in the store that doesn't suck the air out of the room and have such a lame attitude toward customers.

Really happy with the customer service at this wonderful establishment. When I came in to purchase something the customer services representatives were on top of helping me locate exactly what I wanted and even educated me on the product I was buying. I highly recommend "SMOKE SHOP ZONE" to everyone. The place is immaculate and well lit with an enormous variety of products. A+
