Over priced and outdated components. Gave me a discount to make me feel good but was still a ripoff for an outdates atomizer and tank at a 100% markup. Charged me 20.00 for a five year old piece that immediately had issues. Took it right back in and the dude working there who said his name was R Genius had a condescending attitude and didn't want to make right on the bad equipment. It took some guy who didnt even work there but "used to" to fix it, which wasnt a fix because the genius replaced the atomizer without even realizing it when testing another to see if it worked better and it had the same issues. E juice was leaking down to where the connection is made and it did this (even on the replacement) periodically. Sales genius had a poor attitude and wanted to act like it was some user error, probably because i admitted im new to this but i know not to blow or suck too hard into the vape and he continually gave me looks and comments implying it was my fault. Get some better gear douchelord. Ffs this wasnt even a store but a kiosk which tbh was more like a rickshaw with glass windows. The e-juice was also over priced and despite having a good amount of flavors 98% of it was their own private label bullcrap. I purchased peach with zero nicotine which seems to be "ok" and a coconut with 3%. The coconut is terrible, and tastes like it is burning no matter how lightly you go on the heat, and my device is at the lowest settings. The peach at least doesnt do that. The coconut also has a weird puke aftertaste. The coconut and all their nicotine containing products are also colored. The more nicotine the darker, but all the coconut were as dark as cola and i feel like whatever cheap caramel color theyre adding to it is partially what is causing the poor vape and bad taste. Aaaanyhow, the atomizer i got from them burned out in a week. I purchased a completely new one and tank from supernova on west ave over by my dads place, it was half the cost and has workes infinitely better. No issues, no leaks. No drip down into the connection area. 10.00 cheaper and 100x better and the guys there were pretty nice despite the fact that i admitted to being still new to the ecig thing. Ill be going back to supernova for juice too come friday, and i can honestly say that ill never spend money with smoke to live again even if it is really close to where i live. Oh, and btw the only other non store branded juice they had was a limited selection by one other company. Would definitely not recommend this place. Dude even called his boss and the boss i guess told him to 'try to fix it' instead of to replace or refund. Screw that.

The best place to get started for people new to vaping. Jordan was very memorable and informed well about the products he sells. I love all the benefits to buying with Smoke to Live, lifetime warranty on some of their ecig models. The EJuice is awesome. The containers have long droppers for less mess and great quality. The menthol and Tobacco favors were not harsh and did not burn the throat. He was very nice and assembled everything for us, shared personal recommendations and favorites for ecig products and a funny story. Highly recommend you stop by. We have eGO ONES, 6 month later still working great! We don't miss ciggs at all. Breathing better already. Thank You :)

Their customer service is probably the biggest thing that makes me a loyal customer. They always greet you, make sure you are acknowledged when you sit at the bar and quick service. They definitely know their products and can explain it to you in detail. Mainly, they are just personable and knowledgeable. I love their flavors. So many different options and their menu is well organized and the descriptions are very clear. Give these guys a chance and you won't be disappointed. I have been a loyal customer here for over 2 years.
