This place has seriously gone down hill since the owners changed. The new owners blatantly do not care about their customer base or if they get your business or not. If they tell you that the "order should be here next week"...what they really mean is they didn't order it at all and you're stupid for asking every week for months for the mysterious order that's "coming next week" but just never seems to show up. I am sad to have to change my rating from 5 stars to 1.

The lady that is working at the store tonight is being a real jerk. I called to ask what time y'all closed and she said 9 o'clock and then she said and you better not be coming in here something something. I called back I didn't even have to say anything, and she said nine and hung up on me. What is going on with that??

By far the best smoke shop in Granbury & very reasonable prices/selections. Alexis is super nice and very hospitable every time I come by. Will not turn my head towards any other smoke shop as long as Alexis is still at Smoker’s Paradise!
