Once again it was an extremely frustrating experience at this Speedway. The card reader didn’t work and after manually entering my rewards number (and it was accepted) it booted me out when I made my payment. The card readers on the pumps at this station repeatedly seem to have problems. The only reason I go there anymore is because it is convenient with my travels.

Worst Speedway in Michigan, period. Two straight weeks and not one flavor working in the Slurpee machine out of TWELVE possible flavors. What kind of laziness exists where 14 days pass and not ONE single employee takes the time to clean a few bays and get some new drinks started. The area around the machine is filthy as well. All the people complaining about customer service and this and that let me tell you how it goes - it's off M59 and they are making a killing already that's why they dont care about the little customer service oriented details because they are making a tidy profit so going above and beyond to make just a tiny bit more is not worth it. That is why if you read the Google reviews it's the same employees with the same issues from multiple people and the problems never are resolved. The reason they arent resolved? Why fix what isnt already broken? Also didnt think this was possible considering it's a chain but several cooler drinks like Gatorlyte are MORE expensive then 711 which are part of the same company, first time i saw that as well

This speedway is consistently pathetic... The guy who is the cashier between 5am and 6am is completely incompetent! The only thing he is qualified for is maybe a greeter somewhere.. If you want to stop there and be on time to work leave 10 to 15mins early... management isn't much better the guy stands there watching the cashier fail instead of just taking over.. he called the guy over stocking the shelves bc apparently he is the only one with enough brains to fix the register... food usually isn't out at this time definitely no café...

I stopped by Speedway for some ice because their ice is amazing! They have these soft, pellet-style ice cubes just like the ones at hospitals. Perfect for munching on. 😋 The atmosphere was busy and bustling, but everyone seemed to know exactly what they were there for. My experience was good—I got two large cups of ice for free and walked out. One thing I love about Speedway is their huge selection of snacks. Even though I can’t eat their pizza, hot dogs, or sandwiches anymore, they still have plenty of options to curb your hunger in a pinch. I always feel a bit awkward just grabbing ice and leaving, so I went to the cashier and showed her that all I had was ice. She gave me a look like, "Really, ma'am?" but with a smile on her face. It made me chuckle and feel at ease. 😁 I definitely recommend Speedway! When we take road trips, it’s our go-to gas station. They’re everywhere and super convenient. 🚗💨

Antonio who works in the Cafe went above and beyond to make sure the kiosk was working properly. It's rare you come across such helpful workers at the Speedway Cafe these days! I just want to give him the recognition he deserves! As a local truck driver It's tough to find a decent warm meal! I will definitely come back again for the food! Thanks Antonio!
